That’s not to say it takes up a whole lot more foot space, because it doesn’t, but the fan for instance is gigantic. This is most likely a reason for a smoother start and stops compared to bikes in the past. The AD Pro is Schwinns prime challenger to Assault, Xebex, and Rogue. With a resilient and smooth belt drive, multi-grip handlebars, and excellent build quality, the AD Pro is a worthy addition to any garage. Alternatively you can opt for a sole upper body workout by placing your feet on the stationary foot pegs located at the bottom of each arm. You can also of course use both upper and lower body simultaneously for a full body workout.

Although the Assault has previously served for the CrossFit circuits the AD Pro beltdrive provides a stronger and harder workout which is a big draw for most CrossFit athletes. The motor also makes it much stronger, making it ideal for use by CrossFit users that are able to test the bike during long use. A ghostly calories problem exists in the assault. If you stop riding, the handlebar can remain in position indicating the bike has calories you did not burn. These are less noticeable on the Schwinn and give greater precision to more perfectionist Cross Fitnessers. I'll choose the Schwinn Airdyne crossfit for Assault bikes. User Weight& Height Needs Despite the commercial quality, it is actually a very low maintenance bike. The single-stage belt drive system provides efficient power transfer and it is powered by air resistance technology. Granted, the fan might spoil an episode of Eastenders for a roommate under very hard loads, but it is otherwise a silky smooth and squeak-free riding experience. The arms feel particularly chunky, and the bike doesn't even flinch when upwards of 750W are transferring through the cranks and belt drive system.
