Whilst they were necessary to the story, I did not like the way it was handled initially. It interrupted the flow of the story for me. There was no natural progression into the time jump - it was just abrupt and the reader was just expected to go along with it. These are my opinions on the books, and of course, people may not agree with me, but this is how I personally felt with each book.

He has little use for morals and even less use for love, but he can't deny the strange pull he feels toward the woman living just one floor below him. This alone already had me hooked and in love but the way it was executed… COMPLETE AND UTTER PERFECTION!!!!! What makes it worse is the fact Ana in no way a feminist because if she was she wouldn’t promote this monstrosity of work.

Rereading my favourite twisted book AND favourite romance book has to be the best decision I’ve made in a while… like the joy and happiness I felt while rereading this is surreal!! Rhys and Bridget will always be one of my favourite couples of all time and I honestly can’t get enough of them!! His replacement is an ex-navy seal, Rhys Larsen. There are two rules he never breaks – protect his clients at all costs and never get emotionally involved. I hope this answered your questions and helped you decide if the Twisted series by Ana Huang is for you or not. Twisted Lies was alright. The story of Stella and Christian was hard to follow. The ending of this story is not like the other three, and that's how I personally feel. Now she’s forced to live a life she never wanted. Rhys and Bridget’s complicated feelings for each get even more tangled in the web of royal duties.And as she navigates the intricacies - and treacheries - of her new role, she must also hide her desire for her bodyguard – a man she can't have… A self-professed travel enthusiast, she loves incorporating beautiful destinations into her stories and will never say no to a good chai latte. i felt every single emotion reading this book, but i mostly sad bcz of rhys and bridgets past. did i mention that its heartbreaking? bcz it is. rhys talks dirty. other than that there’s nothing else about him that was appealing. tattooed and scarred. muscled. I can’t imagine a better duo than a lawyer and a doctor. It’s awesome. They just are there to talk with each other like in the library with Tanya’s death, or at the Picnic trying to get Josh to finally move on with Alex, also when Josh finally went to go see his father and Jules was there for him. That’s all the matters just being there for someone and I think that’s what makes them so good together. And the chemistry between them is fantastic.
