Its sleek, dark grey design looks great on my kitchen countertop. It’s light enough to move about if you need to store it in a cupboard when not in use. But honestly, with all the recipes you will make in this air fryer, it will likely stay out on the side daily.

Another reason I prefer the Dual Blaze over this model is the design of the basket. This model has a removable basket that detaches on the handle – although this air fryer has remained sturdy so far I did once own an air fryer with this design before and the clasp broke where it detaches. If I had to choose between this model and the Cosori 5.5L (which I am also currently reviewing), I would go for the Dual Blaze. The controls on the COSORI Air Fryer are easy to use. It's digital and you can select from a setting and other buttons by simply pressing the touch panel. You can turn on the air fryer using the central power button. Then, it's just a case of selecting your preferred setting and adjusting the temperature and time if needed.

Weighing in at 4.5 kg, it’s easily portable and perfect for small kitchens or for those who value countertop space. Additionally, it comes with a recipe booklet of 100 recipes, catering to a broad range of tastes and dietary preferences. I absolutely love the air fryer, and I can honestly say it will make a great addition to your kitchen. I have been using mine for around a month now with no issues. It is super easy to use, clean and cooks perfectly. I love that you can adjust times and temperatures to suit yourself and cook different foods together with ease. Not only is it larger in capacity, but I also prefer the basket design. The Cosori 5.5L has a basket that can be released from the drawer rather than fixed. Although it has proved sturdy to date, it doesn’t feel as durable as the Dual Blaze, which is an all-in-one basket (although you can still remove the plate inserts).This Cosori model of air fryers is the perfect solution for small kitchens. The design is reminiscent of the Proscenic T21 Smart Air Fryer, but it feels less flimsy and the basket doesn't hang off the handle quite so much. Overall, this air fryer oven is a great choice for people who want a smart and versatile appliance that can easily cook various dishes. It is easy to use and clean and has a large capacity and dual heating technology, making it stand out from other models. It is also reasonably priced for its quality and features. I left it to run for the first part of the 25-minute preset function and then removed the basket. The pork steaks were cooked perfectly as were the potatoes. This was good to see as I turned the steaks over; I managed to lose some potatoes underneath. It didn’t affect how they cooked at all. What I really like about it is that it does not require preheating like the oven does. Cooking time is was way faster than regular oven."The basket and cooking area is small but plenty big enough for 2 people. There is a bigger 5.5l model for larger families. I have been using Frylight instead of oil for things that need it, such as homemade chips and mini roast potatoes and found I don’t need to coat as much as I would in my oven. Before we start, just so you know, although this air fryer has the word ‘dual’ in the name, it doesn’t have two drawers. The dual refers to dual heating technology, but more on that below.
