He, F., Pan, Q. H., Shi, Y. & Duan, C. Q. Biosynthesis and genetic regulation of proanthocyanidins in plants. Molecules 13, 2674–2703 (2008). Zhang, Y. et al. Comparison of non-canonical PAMs for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated DNA cleavage in human cells. Sci. Rep. 4, 5405 (2014). The aim of the LOUISE project is to prepare for pre-commercial demonstration of Chemical Looping Combustion (CLC) for CO2 capture from waste-to-energy (WtE). CLC is an innovative, highly efficient combustion process for generation of power and heat providing a concentrated stream of CO2. A net electrical efficiency above 35 % and CO2 avoidance costs below 25 €/t can be expected for CLC of waste-derived fuels, which is a significant improvement compared to first generation CO2 capture technologies. The potential impact of enabling CLC for WtE is large, especially in urban areas where WtE plants are a major source of CO2. A main advantage of the CLC concept is the separation of the heat production from the release of problematic substances. This allows for higher steam temperatures and electrical efficiency, even for more low-quality fuels, such as waste. CLC of coal and biomass has been validated at 1 MWth scale by TU Darmstadt, but no results for CLC with waste-derived fuels are available so far. However, the Norwegian CLIMIT-project "CLCSRF" will perform first pilot tests at 150 kWth scale. Since some of the same partners are involved, results of this project will be used as basis for the LOUISE project. The LOUISE project will: Zhang, Y., Malzahn, A. A., Sretenovic, S. & Qi, Y. The overall goal of SCOPE is to support the development of technology for emission control and enable the harmonization of regulations for amine-based CO2 capture facilities. It will do this through the:Act 1, scene 5 Capulet welcomes the disguised Romeo and his friends. Romeo, watching the dance, is caught by the beauty of Juliet. Overhearing Romeo ask about her, Tybalt recognizes his voice and is enraged at the intrusion.Romeo then meets Juliet, and they fall in love. Not until they are separated do they discover that they belong to enemy houses. While the man held on to Peter and John, ( K) all the people were astonished and came running to them in the place called Solomon’s Colonnade. ( L) 12 When Peter saw this, he said to them: “Fellow Israelites, why does this surprise you? Why do you stare at us as if by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? 13 The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, ( M) the God of our fathers, ( N) has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over ( O) to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, ( P) though he had decided to let him go. ( Q) 14 You disowned the Holy ( R) and Righteous One ( S) and asked that a murderer be released to you. ( T) 15 You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. ( U) We are witnesses ( V) of this. 16 By faith in the name of Jesus, ( W) this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see.

Selma, S. et al. Strong gene activation in plants with genome-wide specificity using a new orthogonal CRISPR/Cas9-based programmable transcriptional activator. Plant Biotechnol. J. 17, 1703–1705 (2019). Act 5, scene 8 Macduff finds Macbeth, who is reluctant to fight with him because Macbeth has already killed Macduff’s whole family and is sure of killing Macduff too if they fight. When Macduff announces that he is not, strictly speaking, a man born of woman, having been ripped prematurely from his mother’s womb, then Macbeth is afraid to fight. He fights with Macduff only when Macduff threatens to capture him and display him as a public spectacle. Macduff kills Macbeth, cuts off his head, and brings it to Malcolm. With Macbeth dead, Malcolm is now king and gives new titles to his loyal supporters. Prospero is very clear that Ferdinand and Miranda must not sleep together before they are married. Look for the warnings he gives them directly and through the conversation between Ceres and Iris. Why do you think this is so important to him? Meaco is a UK company that produces a wide range of air cooling, purification and dehumidifying products so it knows a thing or two about moving air and doing things to that air in the process. This new 14,000 BTU model is ideal for rooms between 25 and 35m² and features three fan speeds and a low temperature setting of 16ºC, which is the norm for the majority of portable air con units and indeed most cars. WP6 - Outreach and dissemination. WP6 aims to ensure an effective communication within the consortium, including associated partners, and to disseminate project information and results. The WP will ensure that relevant findings are shared within and outside the CCUS community using modern and accessible methods.Act 5, scene 3 Reports are brought to Macbeth of the Scottish and English forces massed against him. He seeks assurance in the apparitions’ promise of safety for himself. But he is anxious about Lady Macbeth’s condition and impatient with her doctor’s inability to cure her. There is a lot of story explanation in this act — characters telling us what has happened in the past so that we understand how they came to be here. Make notes on the facts we discover about each character in Scene 2. Write a line which summarises each character’s relationship with each of the others. Act 4 is important because it completes the love story of Miranda and Ferdinand and the conspiracy of Caliban, Stephano and Trinculo. Which do you think are the key moments in this act in which we learn about the hopes and fears of each of those characters? Act 5, scene 2 Friar John enters, bringing with him the letter that he was to have delivered to Romeo. He tells why he was unable to deliver the letter. Friar Lawrence anxiously goes to the tomb to be there when Juliet comes out of her trance. Act 2, scene 3 Determined to marry Juliet, Romeo hurries to Friar Lawrence. The Friar agrees to marry them, expressing the hope that the marriage may end the feud between their families.
